Refund policy

At D DRAMA, we stand by our quality and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—with ease and efficiency.

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we offer easy exchanges to help you find the right fit and keep your experience seamless.

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Received the wrong item? We’ll make it right.

• Item damaged or defective? We’ll replace it.

• Size issue? We offer a one-time size exchange per order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Exchange request made within 5 days of delivery.

• Item shipped back within 15 days of delivery.

• One-time size exchange per order.

• Items that are worn, stained, or damaged will not be accepted.

Email us at hello@ddrama.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

You can choose one of the following methods:

1. Self-Ship – Send the item to us at your own cost.

2. Pickup Service – We can arrange a pickup for INR 250 (deducted from your next delivery).

A shipping label will be provided upon confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be shipped within 7 working days.
