  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship orders using reputable courier partners to ensure reliable delivery across India. .
  • Currently, we offer Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within India.
    • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process before you confirm your payment.

    4. Shipping Destinations

    • We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    5. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Once your order is processed and shipped (within the 7-10 business days mentioned above), delivery within India typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.
    • Therefore, the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is approximately 10 to 17 business days.
    • Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner efficiency, and factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, operational delays, or peak seasons like festivals).

    6. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online via the courier partner's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

    7. Shipping Address

    • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and a valid contact number. D DRAMA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
